Meet Tiffany
Hello! I am an AFPA certified Holistic Nutritionist, Health & Wellness coach and Yoga fitness instructor. I am passionate about all things health, wellness, nutrition, spirituality and healing. I love to share what I've learned with you! Please take what you need & leave what you don't.
I am a huge advocate of these simple things when it comes to the health space: do your own research, does it feel right or wrong for you, trust your intuition, not everything is for everyone and the body is one connected unit so it's best to treat the whole if one part is off.
Our health encompasses our mind, body and soul and it is up to us to find what helps us to be in balance so we can feel our best. There is not a miracle diet, perfect workout or must drink tea that will make you healthy. Health is actually all relative, tomatoes may be wonderful for me to eat but it may affect you differently. Health is about finding our own personal balance that is free from restriction, shame, counting, measuring and guilt. It's about enjoying food and movement in ways that help to nourish our mind, body and soul.

Health isn't a one size fits all. What's helpful for one person may not be for another. Healthy is all relative, it's about finding the right balance for you.
